You hear this question plenty and different opinions on it.
But I bet you haven’t heard the TRUTH I’m sharing with you here.
On this day of the premiere of The Matrix Resurrections I’m revealing to you the most important truth that I’ve discovered over nearly 22 years researching this topic.
When you fully grok this knowledge, everything in your life transforms, FAST.
Because until you REALLY get this you’ll never be free.
You’ll never be free to think and feel how you want, nor take the actions you decide, at will.
How many people are?
How many people think and feel how they want just by choosing it?
How many people can get themselves to do the things they want, especially when they DON’T “want” to do them?
Said differently, are you in control of your mind and actions?
Or are you being controlled?
What is this hidden-in-plain-sight mechanism of control I’m referring to that controls every human?
It’s the same force that also RAPIDLY propels forward those people who understand this mechanism.
When you’re one of these people you choose how you think and feel.
You choose the actions you take, again, irrespective of whether you “want” to take them.
While many people are controlled by external forces that control their neurology, you are free to think, feel and act as YOU choose.
That’s because you’re educated.
You’ve learned how the brain REALLY functions, you recognize what’s REALLY going on inside of you, and are able to put your mind and actions where YOU choose.
Now, with that said, let’s go back to the question.
“Do we live in a simulation?”
The question is silly.
It makes zero sense.
If what you see “outside” of you is a simulation like The Matrix, how could anyone “live” here?
And perhaps the REAL question is—If this is a simulation, do we live anywhere?
Meaning, like The Matrix, might we be “living” outside and “hardwired” into this simulation?
Like Ready Player One, do we have some type of visor on?
Or perhaps it’s more like The Thirteenth Floor or Free Guy where you are software, AI, The Singularity already happened, and you are a simulated entity in a simulated reality?
So you see my point that even if many smart people ask this question, it’s quite silly.
Worse, pondering this perhaps unknowable question holds you back from the obvious, knowable truth that you can prove to yourself in the blink of an eye.
It’s not that you live in a simulation… The simulation lives in you.
And you can prove it to yourself in an instant right now.
Close your eyes for a moment and ask yourself, do you know where you are?
Of course you do, but how do you know?
Because your brain can “see” what’s around you, can’t it?
Said differently, you’re no longer seeing what’s around you with the physical organ you call the eye, but your brain is simulating it.
This is how your vision works. The eye is merely like the lens of a camera, an organ for transmuting light.
You see with the brain.
And this is why it matters so much—
The eye is a limited sense organ while the brain is limitlessly processing information, and most importantly, filling in its own details.
Do you see my point?
Your brain is simulating your experience of reality.
In this example above it’s very innocuous, what you might consider “fact.”
Similarly, with your eyes open or closed you can simulate taking a walk down your street or through the streets of New York or Sydney or London, even if you’ve never been here your brain can be “simulating in space.”
This is OBVIOUSLY 100% provable in your experience right now, but what about those other things it’s simulating?
Simulating NOT fact
Like when you sleep and dream at night all day your brain is simulating thoughts and mental movies that you are experiencing now as though they are “real.”
Think about your day for a moment.
How many thoughts do you guess you’ve had? On average you have some 70,000 thoughts a day.
That brain is constantly jumping around from one thing to another, isn’t it?
But here’s the real insidious part—we most often take our simulated thoughts as FACT.
Consider for a moment what is happening in New York right now?
Is your brain simulating facts, truth, what’s “REAL?”
Or is your brain simulating your experience of New York based on the limited information you’ve “SERVED” it?
Even if you live in New York as I do, how can your brain possibly have an understanding of what is happening in every square inch of this state?
Or is it merely simulating its most accurate experience of New York based on the limited information (and cognition) available to it?
Where did it get this information? How certain are you that it’s the FULL TRUTH? Might others be serving you information they want your brain simulating?
“Thinking” about what’s happening somewhere you’re NOT.
Simulating infinite scenarios over and over again, such as how you called someone and they didn’t call you back, and what it means.
Or how if you do this, then that will happen, and this might, and then that, and how that will be good or bad.
ALL day every day that brain is simulating your reality CONTROLLING your experience of thoughts, feelings and actions.
And then sadly, convincing so many of us that’s “REAL-ITY.”
Simulating in time
Think about a memory from the past or something you’ll be doing in the future.
Or perhaps something you may never do at all, such as walking on the red planet of Mars.
If you’ve researched memory even just a bit you know that your memories AREN’T real.
Every time you think of a past memory you “re-member,” meaning you LITERALLY reconstruct that memory based on now.
In this way all of us distort our past memories to feel better or worse.
Some of us are even completely controlled by our past, over and over again simulating that reality making our lives worse today.
The same can be true for many of us thinking about the future.
Constantly “thinking,” simulating all sorts of scenarios, tying our emotional reality to these, all the while knowing we have ABSOLUTELY ZERO information on the future.
Your brain has ZERO INFORMATION on the future.
In fact, you know with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY that brain of yours has zero ability to know the future.
Yet all day every day we are simulating versions of the future and often using them to feel WORSE.
Fear, overwhelm, uncertainty, worry, anxiety, etc. are all “SYMPTOMS” of simulating your experience of reality this way.
This we call “rational” thinking. 🙂
Simulation serving you?
Your brain is a simulation machine that can at EVERY POINT in time simulate infinite realities.
And the question is—
Are you simulating realities, scenarios, processes, outcomes that are best serving you?
Or is that brain simulating things that hold you back from thinking and feeling your best and taking your best actions?
This is my ONLY point here today—
Your brain is a machine that is CONSTANTLY simulating the reality that “you” are experiencing.
So when you’re just sitting here and that brain of yours is bouncing around thinking of this, that, and every other thing, this is the reality you are experiencing.
This is hugely beneficial in lots of ways, but here’s just one problem—
Until you understand that your brain is simulating reality, and the mechanism by which it simulates, you’ll always be controlled by what your brain is simulating.
And much, much scarier, you’re controlled by the NOT OBVIOUS forces in our world that are CONTROLLING the information streams that your brain is processing.
Said differently, they are controlling the simulation that is controlling YOU.
The Simulation—Level 1
In The Matrix, Morpheus says to Neo “Welcome to the desert of the real.”
And here I’d like to welcome you to what is REAL.
In sharing this with you today I’m revealing to you one of the secret projects I’ve been working on for decades.
This is my MOST important field of research and development.
And starting here with the premiere of The Matrix Resurrections I’m going to start sharing this truth with you.
These are dangerous topics to talk about publicly, yet the tragedy of humanity we see all around has been a catalyst for me to bring together these hidden truths into my most CRUCIAL program.
I’m still not certain how I’ll unpack this with you, but in the new year I’ll start sharing with you The Simulation—Level 1.
And if we make it far enough over time we might get all the way to The Simulation—Level 5.
Also, I’ll be sharing with you a school of therapy called Rapid Sustained Transformation (Or Rapid Simulation Transformation, RST) that I’ve brought together over decades and assembled this year.
This is BY FAR THE MOST IMPORTANT topic of our lives because it is every SECOND governing your life experience.
I’ve seen how quickly these ideas can rapidly benefit you, and all of humanity, and I’m fired up to start sharing this with you.
Happy holidays, happy simulating.
