Honestly, I hate using the word “mind.”
It’s imprecise relative to talking about the neuroscience of your brain and nervous system.
Or the psychology of your thinking and feeling faculties.
Yet the notion “mind” conveys something incredibly powerful—
The way you’re directing your thinking and feeling faculties, brain and nervous system.
In this context of Upgrade YOU, this matters for 2 reasons.
The first is top performance.
Quite simply, like a pro athlete, to best drive your goals and actions you must get your thinking and feeling aligned.
You can never be worried, fearful, distracted, and every other “negative” way AND playing your best game.
This matters most in driving your goals, but it may be the second reason that matters even more.
Happiness, or as I prefer to label it, “feeling amazing!”
This to me is the end game of being human.
If you can alter the way you think and feel at will, you’ve won the game.
But there’s also a lot more to this than just play.
The deepest rabbit hole
These are incredibly serious topics.
And I’m not proclaiming that in this short video you can solve all those things in your mind.
I state it there, and I’ll say it here—
If you’re suffering in these ways, you want to seek every medical and other solution you can find.
So I’m never suggesting this method is a cure all.
I am, however, laying out for a method I know does cure all.
That’s because there’s no magic wand.
No magic pill here.
Just a method, like getting in physical shape, for every day training and conditioning how you think and feel.
These are serious topics, and this is a serious method.
Far beyond what I’ve discovered from tens of thousands of hours invested in researching and developing these topics.
An entirely new level beyond the hundreds of thousands of dollars I’ve invested training with true masters of personal change.
Building your limitless mind
This is the method I needed for myself.
When this job was way too hard for me and was beating down my mind, I couldn’t get things done.
Not knowing what to do.
Nor how to do it, I kept finding myself stuck.
Still working at it 100 hours a week, yet grinding my gears.
I needed a much better way.
Not just the best ideas on how to get yourself thinking and feeling how you want.
But an actual method for doing it.
This method has massively worked for me, my clients, and for many who’ve used it in my book.
Because it’s built to work.
You know with certainty that if you can get yourself eating and exercising right you will change your body.
And this method works as simply and powerfully for changing your mind.

By focusing on problems.
I just can’t focus.

Yes, I know, many people are unfortunately stuck in these types of “remedial problems.”
And in this video we chart a simple way through.
Remedial change is basically the entire field of therapy.
Meaning, nobody goes to a shrink feeling really great to talk about how to feel amazing.
At best they are there to help someone get from a bad place back to “normal.”
Now, I never want to overly-simplify these topics.
And many therapists do good enough work.
Yet, here we’re focused on far more “ambitious” goals than no longer feeling fearful or anxious or depressed or lacking focus, etc.
We’re focused on generative change.
