This remedies the #1 mistake in thinking.
It’s so fundamental.
So basic.
Yet it can be extremely “not easy” to do.

So, where do you want to drive?
Waze doesn’t ask you for all the destinations you don’t want to go.
Only the one you do.

All day every day many of our brains are thinking about what we don’t want.
Ugh, I hate my job.
Haven’t left the house in months.
It’s just so hard with the kids.
Certainly there’s many things in your life you don’t want.
So what do you want?
That’s the first rule of mind control
ONLY think about what you want.
Period.
Instead of allowing that brain to fixate on things you don’t want, train to flip it.
Every time.
Now this isn’t some Pollyanna way of living where if the weather is crap you start looking for a silver lining.
It simply means, stop focusing on the crap weather, and get your mind thinking about your better days.
It’s super simple, right?
But perhaps because our brains are wired with a negativity bias, as I talk about in this video.
And many of us have been conditioned by those 70,000 mostly negative, redundant thoughts every day.
ONLY thinking about what you want isn’t always so easy to do.
