How quickly the world can change, right?
Just a few weeks ago it was business as usual and now…
Well, what is it?
Do we even know yet?
Certainly not the usual
Things aren’t just carrying on as they were.
There’s been a massive shock to the system, and we don’t know what it means.
It certainly looks like we’re headed into some tougher times.
Like after 9/11 and the credit crisis, many industries and businesses have already been massively hit.
Many people too.
It’s a time when we can fall over.
Or find ways to stand tall
People need you now.
More than ever the people in your life need you.
Your family most certainly.
No matter what business you’re in, your team, clients, customers do too.
Fear has gripped the globe.
Uncertainty is the norm, and few of us humans deal well with uncertainty.
Many of us have already melted
You see it all around.
Panic over toilet paper, and just about everything else.
When times are tough you see what we’re really made of.
Many people can’t handle the heat.
Don’t know what to do, or how to be.
And then you see, well…
Some of the tough get going
One of my clients thrives in chaos.
When things are a mess around her, she’s most in her comfort zone.
That’s the type of leadership we need right now.
Those who are lost in fear, caught up in the noise, a wreck about this or that.
They’re no good to themselves or any of us.
It’s a time we need more tough people to get going.
What does it mean?
To be tough in tough times?
For when things are hard, for each of us to get harder?
What does it mean for you?
What does it mean for you to remain strong for your family?
In your business?
How are you doing at this?
Who are you being?
In your business?
At home?
Are you being that strong person others can lean on?
Who is able to support those in need?
Or are you melting like so many in our world?
Showing us they are forged of butter, not steel.
btw, this is what the Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger Masterclass is all about, but I won’t use this to “market” the program nor will I give it away for far less than it’s worth…
So I’ll say if you’re struggling and serious about training, or just want to use these hard times to forge yourself like steel, email us and we’ll figure out something for you.
