Many of you loved last week’s article on The Simulation.
I love that you love it.
Because I love this topic more than just about everything.
It’s the most important topic in this world to me.
Where I really started all this work 22+ years ago and where it will dead end.
I want to know all, everything.
And I want to keep sharing.
But
I feel that last week I failed in well enough conveying my most important point.
This isn’t about The Simulation at all—
It’s about you and your best life.
What’s happening in your body and brain and what this means for EVERY single moment of your life.
This is the single most important discovery of my decades of work.
Perhaps to some people it sounds pathetic and a waste of your life to never stop going deeper on this subject.
Yet I perceive that nothing is more important to living your best life than your ‘will and skill’ to choose how you think, feel, take action.
It is the master key to living your best life as many seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years as you can.
Let alone to uplifting all of humanity.
Run then fly
The Simulation “out there” that I wrote about last week as 50/50 probable, we assume is true.
So at The Simulation—Level 5 you learn to construct your reality assuming we are experiencing simulation.
I’m unlikely to ever talk about this publicly, and I’d never try to convince anyone of the limitless intel that supports constructing your reality this way.
But at Level 1, we’re doing something much more fundamental and entirely certain.
It’s 100% certain, as I wrote last week.
You can prove it to yourself like a heartbeat.
Your brain is simulating your experience of reality.
So at The Simulation—Level 1 you’re using it for experiencing your absolute best life.
Your absolute best life
Believe me, I know how much I suck at trying to convey this.
But in the end, all I’m trying to say is—
When you are operating your own brain, every second you can experience your absolute best life.
This life that so many people struggle through.
Where even so many people with so much so miserably make their way through.
In this world of dysfunction that our species is churned through.
When you REALLY get how your body and brain are operating, no matter what’s going on in your life, or the insane world of media, you can be experiencing your absolute best life.
It’s like drinking alcohol.
Just more normal
Nothing in your life needs to change for you to be feeling “better” after a few drinks, does it?
Operating your own brain works the same, except all the time, much better, and without all the destruction.
Running your own brain you choose your best ways of thinking, feeling, being.
It makes perfect sense, doesn’t it?
Yet, booze is “normal,” while choosing how you think, feel, be is, what, out there?
Yes, I get that to some people it is.
And I’m not helping things talking about reality as simulation. 🙂
Yet, because in our school Rapid Sustained Transformation aka Rapid Simulation Transformation (RST) we’re ultimately building to The Simulation—Level 5 we introduce this topic at Level 1.
So I will keep talking about how your brain is simulating your reality.
Yet I could also be talking about this much more simply.
Which might help me land the most important point here more clearly.
Internal and external
You look out through your eyes and see what you are taught is “reality.”
Given that you get different “news” on different media for instance, I’m not sure that anyone still believes in such thing as “objective reality.”
Yet the fact has always been that your experience of reality is ENTIRELY subjective.
And “bounded” by the limits of the human body and brain machine.
How do you know that pigs can’t fly?
I’ll believe it when I see it.
That’s the reality we’re taught that we live in, isn’t it?
If you can see it, feel it, taste it, smell it, hear it, then it’s “real.”
We’ve been bred to believe that “real” is the experience of your 5 senses, hence what you experience dreaming at night is “unreal.”
But what’s missing from this is the fact that your senses are merely organs that transmit information, and your reality is constructed by your brain.
For instance, like the lens of a camera the eye is an organ for receiving light, and your brain is constructing what you see, as Stanford University shows here.
That’s the point where that reality “out there,” what in RST we label your External Reality, becomes your Internal Reality.
Internal processing
See hot man or woman.
Think, mmm.
Feel, mmm.
Do, hmm 🙂
That’s what happens inside each of us when we see a man or woman that your body and brain find attractive.
See, one thing that particularly gets married people in trouble is that attraction is never a choice.
It’s automatic, like a cake lover salivating in a bakery.
Consider that when you see a person that is attractive to your body and brain, you are never choosing to be attracted, are you?
It’s happening in you.
And as I detailed in our program for meeting wonder woman, the only choice is whether you act on it.
This is one of infinite examples of how all day every day we are internally processing our external reality.
External->Internal->External
You see at the top of this page one of the most fundamental charts from the field of human excellence, Neuro-linguistic Programming, NLP.
Now, I will say that not all people think that this is a valid way of transforming a person.
Keep in mind what’s “normal” in our society is people spending years talking to a therapist about the same problem.
Or being jacked up on medication for things that an operator skilled in transformation can EASILY change, rapidly, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc.
We’re not here to kick therapy for being down, as there are great things that happen for lots of people in all sorts of modalities of transformation.
Yet I will say that the most effective schools of psychology, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, simply see how your internal processing is driving your behavior.
NLP is far more advanced making this process super clear, repeatable, consistent, systematic because it accurately describes what is happening with the human:
- Input External Stimuli: Through your senses your body and brain experience your external reality
- Internal Processing: Based on your past “programming” you process this information
- External Output: How you think and feel inside drives what you do outside, or not
It is this simple.
Let’s come back to the hottie.
The hottie
A woman sees a man that her body and brain automatically find attractive.
What happens?
- Input External Stimuli: The eyes see him and maybe the ears get a sound and nose gets a whiff, etc.
- Internal Processing: Information from the senses is processed in the brain according to its programming (e.g. I want him but I’m married)
- External Output: Hmm, what to do?
Does she look again?
Avoid looking to avoid that glare from the man she’s with?
Go speak with him?
Walk away?
Whatever it is, that external behavior results from internal processing.
Internal Reality
In The Simulation—Level 1, which is as far as we’re likely to take this publicly, it is this certain, simple, clear.
You must keep in mind if you’re TRULY on this path, however, that as quantum mechanics suggests, truth appears less pleasing to our limited, logical, so-called rational conscious brains.
And in fact, at The Simulation—Level 5 you learn to operate this process in reverse for constructing your most MAGICAL internal and external reality.
But, again, as much as I love geeking out on higher order topics, this is all I’m trying to convey here.
Because this is what most matters to each and every one of us each and every second of each and every day.
Everything that is happening and not happening in your life is this way.
Everything that is happening and not happening in our world is this way.
Like a cat chasing a shadow on a wall we’re being manipulated to CONSUME our lives chasing colors and shapes and sounds and tastes and smells and feelings that we get from all those shiny objects we chase out there.
The real game of life is happening in here.
Inside you
This is all I’m trying to convey.
Every single thought.
Every single feeling.
Every single action that you take, or do not take.
All of these things.
Every thing.
All the time.
Is happening or not happening based on what is happening inside you.
Our bodies and brains are automatically responding to what’s happening out there and being conscious means that you can choose.
RST is for training exactly how you do this every second that you choose, which RAPIDLY makes this automatic in you.

I love geeking out with you all on The Simulation.
I’m divinely grateful that I can write about these topics and so many of you are with me.
There was a time not so long ago that I perceived these topics were way beyond what I can talk about publicly.
But now I see there is enormous scope for us to connect on these things.
It’s just, I never want to lose sight of what matters most.
Whatever is happening in our reality, in the end, you only have this one experience of your life.
And what is far more valuable than knowing you are experiencing simulation is having the ability to every second choose your absolute best experience of life.
That’s all I’m trying to say.
