I’m writing you on this one final time because you know it’s such an important step.
All three Modules of Upgrade YOU—Goals. Mind. Actions—are ridiculously powerful in driving what you want.
Yet this “what?” step is particularly crucial.
That’s because here you’re aligning the way you think and feel with going after your goals.
We all know how much this matters.
Yet it’s not always so easy to do, is it?
Especially coz nobody ever shows you exactly how!
Where are you pointing your magic wand?
See, again, the reason we keep hitting this is because it really matters!
Certainly, this IS happiness.
But especially in our context getting clear on what you’re changing in your mind is key to unlocking your top performance.
So, how clear have you gotten on what you might change?
Come back to the question we asked in this first video—how would you be different?
I mean, really?
Lining up the topics we discussed here, what remedial and generative changes might you make?
How might you invoke the first rule of mind control for optimizing how you think and feel?
Keep tying this back to your goals and actions too
What makes the most difference to your goals?
What really opens up your mind for dreaming and scheming your goals?
Are there things that if you changed, you’d dream bigger?
Have more belief in what is possible for you?
Perhaps remove doubt you’ve had on achieving your goals?
What about in driving your actions?
Are there ways of thinking that hold you back, such as say fear of disappointment or failure?
Or just limiting feelings like avoiding or procrastinating?
Maybe it’s training yourself to stop worrying about things you can’t control?
Anything else you’re focused on changing?
How about unleashing more hells yeah?

A reason I’m reinforcing this step a few times is because next we’re gonna talk about how you change your mind.
And if you’ve come out of this step clear on what you’re changing, it will be easier to line up the Performance Tools.
It’s like knowing you want to build your leg muscles or flexibility.
Just getting clear on what you’re focused on changing gives you a map for how you might do it.
