Close friends had Wu-Tang Clan perform at their wedding.

50 Cent and Busta Rhymes too.

Hahahahaha, ridiculous.

You can’t make this stuff up.

They crushed it and then we had a magical time hanging out all night in the suite.

## “Above the clouds”

You might know Wu-Tang has a track called “[Above the Clouds](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ucvta7xDo_4).”

I’ll always remember the energy of Inspectah Deck standing next to me pumping the opening verse—

*I-Self-Lord-And-Master shall bring disaster to evil factors*

*Demonic chapters shall be captured by Kings*

*Through the storms of days after*

*Unto the Earth from the Sun through triple darkness to blast ya*

*With a force that can’t be compared*

*To any firepower, for it’s mind power shared. *

## Above the clouds

My single most favorite all time moment in every *Matrix* film is the image above.

This single moment captures so much of what, I don’t know… EVERYTHING.

For this moment, for the first time, Neo and Trinity ascend above the clouds.

Just for this moment, the dreariness, the noise, death metal, gone.

For the first time they see it, right where it has always been.

The all seeing eye in the sky shining bright for humanity.

Silently radiating above the clouds, rays piercing.

Sunstruck, Trinity murmurs “Beautiful.”

For a hanging moment the craft floats.

They descend into the pit.

The moment remains.

## Always here

That’s something a client and he hates me saying mentor reminded me this week.

He said, “You’ve gotta stop the clouds hanging over the world hanging over you.”

“Float above the clouds,” he reminded me we’d worked on for him.

It can be hard for me.

I’m a nail banging hammers because I dream so much for humanity.

I want to solve everything all the time right now every second, yesterday.

It’s the wrong attitude for everyone.

Never let the clouds engulf you.

There is little you control.

The mind is ALL.
